  • Prescription Lenses & Sunglass Lenses
    • Manufacturer Defects: 365 days / Prescription Lens Adaptation: 90 days

CONTACT LENSES

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect of your contact lenses, do not throw them away. Online orders: please contact our Customer Care Centre at support@eyestaroptical.com or 1-877-263-9459 and we'll take it from there. In-store purchases can only be processed in Eyestar Optical store locations. Please take the defective contact lens(es) and invoice to the store.

FRAMES

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect, an identical frame will be replaced (one time only) within 365 days from the date of purchase. This does not include scratches, self-inflicted abuse, rough handling, etc. If a frame has been discontinued, a new frame of the same brand and value will be given. This is subject to frame availability and manufacturer’s offered warranty. Online purchases, please contact us at support@eyestaroptical.com or 1-877-263-9459. In-store purchase(s) can only be processed at Eyestar Optical store locations.

PRESCRIPTION LENSES

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer defect on the coating of your lenses, an identical pair will be replaced (one time only) within 365 days from the original purchase date. This includes bubbling, peeling, etc. on the coating. Scratches, any damages from heat or moisture, self-inflicted abuse, etc. are not included. Online purchases, please contact our support@eyestaroptical.com or 1-877-263-9459 . In-store purchases can only be processed at  Eyestar Optical store locations.

PRESCRIPTION LENSES ADAPTATION

We want to ensure you have the best vision possible. We will exchange your prescription lenses (one time only) within 90 days from the original purchase date if your Optometrist adjusts your prescription. Your prescription must be valid within two years of the purchase date. Online purchases, please contact our support@eyestaroptical.com or 1-877-263-9459 . In-store purchases can only be processed at  Eyestar Optical store locations.
